Team Alignment Workshop

Experience:

Graphically captured an off-site workshop to deepen the collective experience of a national entertainment provider’s organizational development team. Pre-workshop engagement with the client included analysis of team goals and design of templates for use during interactive visioning exercises. The design of the templates and exercise allowed multiple groups to self-facilitate the exercise during the workshop, allowing for better individual conversations and group engagement.
